HR Business Partner -Oil and Gas

  • Key AccountabilitiesLead the annual budgeting exercise (for all Business Service sections of HR, GR and Admin)
  • Run the performance and rewards with adherence to timelines and quality
  • Lead the people development pillars 
  • Conduct PPR with line managers
  • Identify learning needs of employees | conceive and design training plan
  • Execute training delivery with help of in-house and external trainers
  • Lead non-monetary rewards programs 
  • Conduct periodic audit of HR polices / HR manual. Prepare new policy / edit existing ones as per business needs
  • Provide robust advice relating to Saudi Labour Law, and other relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Influencing and building relationships with people around the business
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labour legislation | provide insights to management team on changes / gaps
  • Supervise the GR Officer and Admin Officer
  • Should be able to provide guidance as and when required


Skills

  • Degree / ExperienceGraduate degree in Human Resources. Additional HR certifications preferred
  • 5 to 8 years’ experience in HR department in reputed organization
  • Solid know-how and as well as working level knowledge around local labour legislations


  • Specific Knowledge / skills Solid understanding of KSA labour laws
  •  Good understanding of basic HR processes
  •  Positive attitude and collaborative skills
  •  Amicable personality and ability to interact with colleagues from multiple ethnicities
  • Language Proficient in English and Arabic
