Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with regulations, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Identify areas of improvement in operational efficiency and risk management processes.
- Prepare audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Participate in special projects and investigations as required.
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, or CPA is preferred.
- Proven experience in internal audit, risk management, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 10 years of relevant experience in internal audit or related roles.
Salary & Benefits:
The annual salary for this position ranges from 900 to 1300 Bahraini dinars.
