A leader in industrial services across the Gulf, our client boasts a wealth of experience and expertise in delivering top-tier solutions. They are currently looking for an Executive Secretary to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform a variety of Executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive.
• Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/or conferences as assigned by the CEO/Managerial Staff.
• Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
• Arranges travel, hotels and visas; prepares itineraries; compiles and maintains travel for CEO and other employees.
• Taking minutes of the meeting.
• Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
• Prepare confidential and sensitive documents and give briefing to the CEO.
• Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
• Create and organize information and generate reference tools for easy use.
• Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence.
• Operate and maintain office equipment.
• Manage busy calendar, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
• Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
• Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration/Communication or Equivalent.
• Highly skilled in copywriting, business communication and report writing.
• 3 to 5 years of Proven experience as a secretary of CEO/Managing Director.
• Brilliant written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to perform multitask work with limited supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software.
• Salary from 400-450 all inclusive (Based on experience or if found fit in above criteria negotiable)
