Educational BackgroundDegree in Information Technology or Related Field:A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business information systems, or a related field is often preferred.Technical SkillsUnderstanding of ERP Systems:In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Odoo.Familiarity with ERP implementation processes and workflows.Database Management:Ability to perform database backups, restores, and optimizations.System Administration:Understanding of server management, networking, and security practices. ExperienceTechnical Support:Experience in providing technical support, ideally for Odoo ERP system.Proven ability to handle support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.2-3 Experience in administering and supporting Odoo ERP systems in the following module (Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, …etc.) 1-2 years of experience in business processes.Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
