- Lead all the communications with the clients, and managed the day-to-day operations aspects of the projects ensuring timely resolution of clients’ concerns and management of business issues including contracts and additional services.
- Reviews and analyzes the contract, statement of work, and all related specifications of all project elements.
- Monitoring and verifying design progress and submittals at all design phases.
- Managing design review meetings, workshops, and reports during design phases.
- Responsible for translating client requirements to design criteria from conceptual design throughout developed engineering stages.
8 - 10 years of experience.Engineering Consultant background is a Plus.Hospitality background is a MUST.
