We are seeking an experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our innovative marketing Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for various marketing materials, including social media content, advertisements, website elements, and promotional videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visually stunning motion design projects that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Edit and enhance video content, incorporating graphics, animations, and visual effects to improve overall impact and engagement.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continually improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of all motion design assignments.
- Work closely with other designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals to ensure cohesive and effective visual storytelling.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field. Required 3 to 5 years’ of experience.Proven experience working with a marketing agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work. Proficiency in motion design and video editing software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Ability to create engaging and visually compelling animations that resonate with target audiences. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of current trends in motion design and digital marketing. Experience with 3D animation and modeling. Familiarity with audio editing and sound design. Knowledge of interactive media and UX/UI design principles.
