  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate showroom staff to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided to clients visiting the showroom
  • Monitor inventory levels and oversee the ordering of new stock
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop showroom promotional campaigns
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement


Skills

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the automobile industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Desired Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a showroom management role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the automobile industry
