Job Description: Pastry Chef at Group Restaurants
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the daily operations of the pastry department across multiple restaurants within the group
- Create and prepare a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs
- Train and mentor pastry cooks and other kitchen staff
- Ensure high quality and presentation standards are met for all pastry items
- Develop new recipes and menu items to attract customers and enhance the dining experience
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
