Part-Time Accountant (using Odoo Software)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant proficient in Odoo software to manage and oversee our financial transactions, reporting, and general accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of accounting experience, with a strong background in using Odoo ERP system for financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain financial records using Odoo software.
- Perform daily accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data flow.
