Assistant Manager - Production (joinery)

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the production operations of the joinery department.
  • Ensure timely completion of joinery projects in line with quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Implement production plans and schedules to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain quality control processes to deliver high-quality joinery products.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of materials required for production.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.


Skills

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of joinery production processes and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Desired Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in joinery production management.
  • Prior experience in the furniture manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
  • Salary & Benefits:
  • Annual salary in Bahraini dinar (BHD).
