Manager Products & Services (stc Pay)

Job Objective: Responsible for managing day to day operations related to the products and services offered by stc pay.

Operations include manage the relationships with vendors and partners, monitoring performance of products and services, handling complaints, and managing financial operations including reconciliations and settlements.

Job Specifications: Drive the product and business planning processes for cross-functional teams, analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they're met, develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.

Manage the relationships with vendors and partners including discussing new products and services, working with internal and external resources to ensure the timely delivery of new products and services, obtaining necessary regulator approvals, and launching new products and services on time with high quality.

Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.

Define and determine KPIs and SLAs to safeguard compliance with performance and quality standards.

Monitor performance of the products and services to identify any issues and provide frequent updates to the CEO.

Supervise, escalate, and follow up with relevant stakeholders on customer related issues (ticketing, troubleshooting, etc.) whenever needed.

Oversee and ensure having comprehensive quality process deployed by partners to ensure products and services are performing consistently and in line with stc pay standards.

Handle customer complaints, and analyse and review the complaints and pain points, including liaising with relevant stakeholders to address / resolve root causes to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.

Review financial reports and budgets to monitor performance against set objectives.

Manage reconciliations and work with finance team to ensure timely settlements.

Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration / marketing / communications / IT or any other related field

Proficiency in English and Arabic language
