Requirements
- Responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and effectively communicating the benefits of the products or service being offered.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with client. Act as a main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
- Accurately record all call interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our services in the market.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales processes, data protection, and ethical conduct
Skills
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Females Only
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills
- Language : English & Arabic (Preferred)
