The tele sales executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s reach in the middle eastern real estate market. 

Requirements 

  • Responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and effectively communicating the benefits of the products or service being offered. 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with client. Act as a main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. 
  • Excellent Communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Accurately record all call interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system. 
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and enhance overall sales effectiveness. 
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our services in the market. 
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales processes, data protection, and ethical conduct


Skills


  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred. 
  • Females Only 
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate or related industry. 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Language : English & Arabic (Preferred) 
  • Own Visa (Preferred)
