Personal Assistant

  • Efficiently manage and organize the daily schedule and calendar of the Managing Director and CEO, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, to ensure optimal time utilization and productivity.
  • This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, able to work in a fast pace environment and offer solutions to problems with a high degree of professionalism. 
  • The ideal candidate must enjoy working alongside a team and alone, plus be able to run errands.


Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent administration and organization
  • 6+ years of related experience
  • UAE driving license
  • Flexible with 24/7 mindset
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and general good understanding of IT
  • High level of English; written and speaking is a must
  • HNWI experience is a plus
