We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service through various channels, including email, telephone, social media, and in-person interactions. The role involves assisting customers with their queries, providing technical support, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in office administration tasks to support the smooth functioning of our operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, telephone, and social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing technical support to customers regarding our products/services, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding customers through solutions.
  • Making outbound calls to customers to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Managing and updating customer information in the database accurately.
  • Assisting with office administration tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling general administrative duties.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service operations and contribute to the overall success of the team.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet to provide effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in handling customer queries and feedback through these channels.
  • Technical proficiency and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in office administration tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document management.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
