The Grant Lead will drive the day-to-day activities of the Department, build the grants framework and activationplan, develop, implement, and manage the grants to achieve strategic goals. The grants lead will build a clear framework and operational model of the Grants in alignment with the Finance Department. The lead will manage and lead the development and implementation of the grants framework by ensuring the grants are operational and managed effectively. Roles & Responsibilities Identify potential grants and partnerships opportunities with the Program team. Develop Grants Manual, policies and procedures and ensuring they are implemented. Provide advice to the leadership when requested. Lead, assess and monitor the grants progress according to the and KPIs; actively review and propose updates; and assess new opportunity areas and potential risks throughout the process. Collaborate with the Program Manager and Finance Department to develop a cohesive approach to engage with Partners. Lead the preparation of reports and analyses, including for the due diligence. Manage and lead the ongoing grants with the stakeholders. Lead the team of the Grants, working in a collaborative manner with the team, and producing high-quality work; adhere strictly to policies, procedures and standards. Lead the development of standardized work processes and tools, enabling effective and efficient day-to-day work through thoughtful prioritization of tasks. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance ; another major can be considered if the candidate has significant relevant work experience. A Master’s degree is preferred. Field of Professional Experience: At least four years of experience in grants management, finance and loans. Proven track record for delivering and managing programs.
