MEP Engineer / MEP Projects Engineer
Location: Bahrain
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to oversee MEP works across multiple project sites, manage subcontractors, and ensure timely and quality execution of works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate MEP works across multiple sites.
- Review and interpret MEP design, IFC and shop drawings.
- Coordinate and manage MEP subcontractors and site teams.
- Negotiate subcontractor rates/prices and facilitate onboarding.
- Monitor project progress, quality, manpower and timelines.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Resolve technical/site issues and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
- Support testing, commissioning, snagging and handover.
Skills
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or MEP Engineering.
- 4–7 years of MEP construction experience.
- Strong experience managing MEP subcontractors and multiple sites.
- Good understanding of MEP design and construction drawings.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- AutoCAD proficiency is an added advantage.
- GCC/Bahrain experience preferred.
