ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Effective Communication: Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients through presentations, meetings, emails, and phone calls. Sales and Revenue Generation: Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets. Cultivate new leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers. Prospect Outreach: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, industry events, and networking, to expand the company's customer base. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our industry and services, staying up-to-date with features, benefits, and competitive advantages, enabling effective communication to potential clients. Negotiation and Closing: Skilfully negotiate terms and conditions to close sales, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the company and the client. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
