Havelock One Interiors is looking for a ‘Production Engineer’ to join our factory in Askar, Bahrain.

As a result of expansion in the key growth market of Bahrain, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Production Engineer to take our business forward. Established over 25 years ago, Bahrain is our operational hub where our specialist joinery and metal-work manufacturing teams as well as most of the back-office functions are based. Our turnkey fit-out contracting arms are operating in Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and KSA.

Duties And Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day production work in the workshop alongside the supervisor and team leads, managing 50 to 60 fabrication/welding professionals Monitor daily production schedules Supervise a team of 20 fabrication and welding professionals Possess hand-sketching skills for bespoke metal fabrication detailing Oversee production under the supervision of the production engineer Ensure efficiency of sheet metal machines Maintain 5S principles in the workshop Enforce discipline among workers and ensure compliance with PPE requirements Basic knowledge of Autodesk and Epicor Oversee production under the supervision of the production engineer Ensure efficiency of sheet metal machines Maintain 5S principles in the workshop Enforce discipline among workers and ensure compliance with PPE requirements Basic knowledge of Autodesk and Epicor

Personal qualities

Minimum 5 years of experience Sheet metal fabrication industry Good knowledge of sheet metal machinery and processes, including laser cutting, press brake, rolling, MIG/TIG welding, and fabrication tools Strong experience in metal interior fabrication
