Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop effective strategies for organizing events and festivals to attract new clients and expand the customer base. Event Management: Oversee all aspects of event organization from planning to execution, ensuring that defined objectives are met. Partner Negotiation: Build strong relationships with partners, sponsors, and suppliers to ensure the success of events. Marketing and Advertising: Design and implement innovative marketing plans to attract audiences and increase brand awareness. Budget Management: Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring desired returns are achieved. Performance Analysis: Evaluate event outcomes by gathering and analyzing data to improve future performance. Team Leadership: Guide and train team members to ensure the highest level of performance and efficiency. Market Knowledge: Must have deep knowledge of potential clients we can collaborate with, as well as a good understanding of market needs and unique opportunities, while keeping up with local and international trends.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in event and festival management, with a proven track record of success. Strong knowledge of the events market and current industry trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build exceptional professional relationships. Creativity and strategic vision in planning and execution. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
