Educational Qualification· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university. Requirements· Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the Gulf region.· Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.· Previous experience in renovation and finishing works is preferred.· Ability to join immediately.· Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Responsibilities· Prepare project plans and work schedules.· Coordinate with the Procurement Department to establish a clear supply plan.· Coordinate with the HR Department to determine required manpower according to the schedule.· Follow up with the Technical Office regarding shop drawings and item quantification as per the project plan.· Liaise with consultants regarding submissions, reviews, and progress percentages.· Submit daily and monthly progress reports to the owner.· Collaborate with the Project Management Department to appoint subcontractors in line with the project plan.· Direct the team to consistently monitor work progress and submit reports.· Ensure the quality of executed works and compliance with specifications.· Hold regular meetings with the team and management to discuss challenges and propose solutions.
