Position 1: IT support Team lead- L3
Should have experience in handling a team of 8-10 members.
Experience in handling L3 support.
ITIL certified.
Experience in using BMC remedy.
Position 2: IT Support Engineer- L2
Handling Level 2 support for all the users and systems from an end-user perspective to ensure that all users can conduct their day-to-day work without interruptions. This include but not limited to:
Troubleshooting and fixing physical hardware issues with laptop/desktop/docking stations / monitors / keyboard / mouse / headsets / phones / printers.
Deploying new / replacement hardware devices as and when necessary.
Troubleshooting software and operating system issues which might require adjusting settings / working with IT teams for fixes / reinstalling software or operating system.
Handling IT Support projects.
Support other IT teams projects.
OS Deployment and Imaging.
Organize the required setup for meetings and events.
Managing different systems related to IT Support.
