Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy across multiple business units
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for various roles within different business units
- Provide guidance and support to line managers on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary issues
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all business units
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees in line with business needs
- Participate in strategic planning meetings to contribute HR perspective and insights
- Ensure HR processes are efficient and effective in maintaining employee satisfaction and productivity
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in HR management
- Experience working with multiple business units or divisions
- Experience in a diverse and multicultural work environment
