Job Description:

The company is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization and implementing strategies to drive financial growth and sustainability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement and provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, treasury, and tax functions.
• Oversee financial audits and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and achieve organizational goals.

Skills

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA is preferred.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a finance management role.
• Experience working in multinational corporations or financial services industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a finance team and drive strategic financial initiatives.
