Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) sector.
  • Identify potential clients in the hospitality industry and build strong relationships to increase sales.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring profitable agreements for the company.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns tailored to the HORECA sector.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues in a timely manner.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the HORECA market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience working in the Bahrain hospitality sector.
  • Prior experience managing sales teams.
  • Knowledge of Bahraini dinar currency and local business practices.
