Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all catering operations within an industrial setting.
  • Develop and implement catering contracts in accordance with client requirements.
  • Ensure high-quality food service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate logistics for catering events, including menu planning, food preparation, and setup.
  • Monitor catering budgets, expenses, and profitability.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all catering activities.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion in the catering sector.

Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in industrial catering management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and catering software.

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience in contract management and negotiation.
  • Experience in industrial catering within the Middle East region, preferably Bahrain.
  • Knowledge of Bahraini dining preferences and culinary trends.
