HEXONIC is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality heat exchangers in the market. Due to the dynamic growth of our company, we are currently seeking an experienced and talented professional for the position of Field Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer.
Requirements:
- Technical education in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years documented experience in the industry, preferably in technical sales or engineering.
- Familiarity with the heat exchanger industry and the ability to convey complex technical information to clients.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to establish lasting partnerships.
- Strong organizational and planning skills for independent execution of sales activities.
- Proficiency in English for effective business communication.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Actively acquire new customers and maintain and expand relationships with existing business partners.
- Present technical aspects of our products and provide professional consultations to clients.
- Prepare commercial offers, negotiate prices, and contract terms.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to customize products to individual customer needs.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competition.
- Report on activities and results to superiors.
