Reports to: Group Executive

Job Purpose:

 The Digital Platform Manager is pivotal in leading the design, requirements definition, and continuous enhancements of the company's digital stack. This role involves the strategic planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge the company's services and seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Digital Platform Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital platform roadmap, incorporating the latest technological advancements to augment platform capabilities.

·        Agile and DevOps Leadership: Spearhead product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies and best practices, such as epics, sprints planning, and demo sessions. Implement DevOps practices to enhance collaboration, streamline workflows, and improve time-to-market for new features and updates.

·        Cloud Architecture and API Integration: Oversee the development of system architecture with a focus on scalable, secure cloud solutions. Lead API integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity between the company's platform and external systems or third-party services.

·        Advanced Analytics and Data Visualization: Define and continuously refine the advanced analytics use cases supported by the platform. Oversee the creation of insightful analytics reports and data visualizations to inform strategic decision-making.

·        Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage closely with business units to understand their requirements and define the company's services. Adjust and refine requirements based on technical constraints and business alignment.

·        Vendor and Risk Management: Collaborate with technical vendors to ensure that project requirements are met. Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

·        Technical Expertise: Proven experience in Agile project management and DevOps practices. Familiarity with cloud architecture design principles, including experience with leading cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Skilled in API development, management, and integration.

·        Analytics and Visualization: Experience in advanced data analytics, with the ability to leverage data visualization tools to derive actionable insights.

·        Collaboration and Influence: Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships across all organizational levels. Strong influencing skills to drive project success and innovation.

·        Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills

Candidate Profile:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

·        Must be proficient with English & Arabic.

·        Requirement open for Arab nationals

·         10+ years of experience in a technology leadership role, with a strong background in IT engineering or similar positions within technology companies.
