- International Financial Management: Oversee and manage the financial operations of Start Tech’s branches in various countries. Ensure consistent financial practices and compliance with local regulations, while maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and business excellence.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes globally. Analyze financial data from all branches to provide insights and recommendations that enhance Start Tech’s operational efficiency and profitability.
- Accounting and Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for all branches, adhering to international accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee the accounting processes, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and audit coordination. Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately in line with accounting principles.
- Capital and Resource Management: Manage the company’s global capital structure, including cash flow, debt, and equity. Optimize the allocation of financial resources to support Start Tech’s growth ambitions and innovative service offerings.
- Investor Relations: Represent Start Tech in meetings with investors, financial institutions, and stakeholders. Present financial reports, growth strategies, and business opportunities with clarity, confidence, and a focus on our mission to become a prime performer in the tech world.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks across Start Tech’s global operations. Develop and implement risk management strategies that protect the company’s assets and support our vision of achieving global recognition through hard work and innovation.
- Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing global finance team. Provide leadership and guidance to finance teams in different branches, fostering a culture of focus, creativity, and excellence.
- Operational Efficiency: Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and controls across all branches. Implement best practices that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in line with Start Tech’s commitment to delivering top-notch service to our clients.
- Strategic Decision Support: Provide financial insights and support to the executive team in making informed strategic decisions. Participate in board meetings and provide financial updates as needed to help guide Start Tech’s growth trajectory.
Proven experience as a Financial Manager or in a senior financial leadership role with CFO responsibilities, ideally within a fast-paced, innovative startup or tech company.Extensive experience in managing financial operations for multiple branches in different countries, with a strong understanding of international financial regulations and compliance standards.Strong expertise in accounting, including a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.Experience in setting up a Financial Department from scratch, establishing financial systems, policies, and procedures.Preferred experience in Software Solutions or Digital Media companies with an understanding of industry-specific financial challenges and growth strategies.Experience managing a Financial Department for a company with international branches, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability across global operations.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business strategies that align with the company's goals of client satisfaction and global expansion.Involvement in managing company valuation processes for potential sales, mergers, or investor negotiations.Experience in managing Partnerships, Acquisitions, or Separations, ensuring smooth financial integration or divestment.Preferred experience in listing a company’s shares on the Stock Market Exchange, including regulatory compliance and investor relations.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently represent the company in meetings with investors, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams across different regions, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and dedication.Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (e.g., MBA, CPA, CFA).Preferred candidates who can join immediately or on short notice.Must have own laptop to ensure seamless remote and on-site financial operations.
