About the Role:
As a Social Media Moderator at First Capital Investment Company, You're going to be the voice of our brand across all social media platforms. Your mission? Engage with customers and answer inquiries speedily and, with your negotiation and selling power, help convert prospective clients into loyal clients.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Monitor and moderate all social media platforms ( Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.).
✅ Respond to customer queries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
✅ Persuade and convince clients to acquire our products using excellent selling techniques.
✅ Manage and maintain a positive image of the brand through effective communication.
✅ Coordinate and work with the marketing and sales teams for seamless customer experiences.
