- Design review and validation for all architecture sub-disciplines
- Review project documents (design drawings, BOQ, specifications…….)
- Building 3D REVIT models with different LOD Standards
- Preparing RFI (Request for information), regarding any issue in the design, BOQ and Project specs
- Prepare, submit, and follow up the shop drawings, QS, and as built drawings
- Prepare progress reports
- Ensure the implementation of the scope of work of different projects or different teams
- Ensure that technical engineers follow right strategy to achieve the scope of work
- Coordinate with projects’ teams to exchange data and information
- Cooperate with the managers to develop the internal system and upgrade the team knowledge
- Lead and setup methodology which achieve the satisfied quality on right time
- Ensure that each project technical data delivered as required on time
- Support the development of new features and system requirements
- Coordinate & follow-up with the technical office of each project
BSc. of Architectural Engineering is a mustRevit and BIM is a Must +9 years of experience with minimum 5 years working using RevitPrevious experience in a construction company is a mustPrevious experience as Technical Office Engineer is a mustTechnical experience in Design Review, Shop Drawings, MIRs, QSNavisworks hands on experience is a plusTechnical Coordination with all disciplines: Clash Reports, RFIs, Proposals & Status Reports
