- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and correspondence handling.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the CEO's office, managing documents, supplies, and equipment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders seeking access to the CEO.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events involving the CEO, while preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist the CEO in managing special projects and initiatives.
- Support financial administration tasks, such as budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Provide assistance to the CEO's direct reports and their teams as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient systems and procedures.


- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).- Proven experience supporting C-level executives or as an executive assistant.- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.- Proficiency in office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
