- Apply all transactions on oracle system and prepare all related documents & ensure all required signatures are applied as well as ensure that all items locations on oracle and physical are matched.
- Promote a safe work environment through personal actions. Identify any safety concerns, as well as cost saving opportunities.
- Assist supervisor in coordinating workflow and recommend work assignments.
- Implements any other task(s) assigned superiors within the company's applied Policy and procedures.
- Prepare items for physical count by arranging and allocating the material in its location in good condition and make sure that every item has item card.
- Revise (receiving –storing - releasing) activities of items to meet the agreed schedules and ensure FIFO standard is always implemented to minimize and eliminate defects to reach the committed target.
- Revise and ensure physical storing conditions of all items are set to be according to idle Storage procedures (codes, Locations, Quantities, cleaning, and safety conditions).
Bachelor Degree preferred in commerce.2-4 years relevant experience.
