الوصف الوظيفي:
توظف عيادات نيكسا (Nexa Clinics) مساعد طبيب أسنان للانضمام إلى فريقنا المتنامي في جد حفص، البحرين.
ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق طب الأسنان لدينا لدعم العمليات السريرية اليومية ومساعدتنا في خلق ابتسامات صحية وواثقة لمرضانا، بكل رعاية وتعاطف وتميز.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
مساعدة طبيب الأسنان أثناء الفحوصات والإجراءات، وتجهيز وتعقيم أدوات ومعدات طب الأسنان، وتجهيز غرف العلاج للمرضى، والتقاط ومعالجة صور الأشعة السينية للأسنان عند الحاجة، والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمرضى، واتباع بروتوكولات مكافحة العدوى والسلامة، وتوفير الدعم بجانب الكرسي وراحة المريض أثناء العلاج.
المتطلبات:
يعد الحصول على ترخيص ساري المفعول من الهيئة الوطنية لتنظيم المهن والخدمات الصحية (NHRA) أمراً إلزامياً.
يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة كمساعد طبيب أسنان، بالإضافة إلى مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية، والارتياح للعمل ضمن فريق سريري، وإجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
Job Description:
Nexa Clinics is hiring a Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Jidhafs, Bahrain.
You'll work closely with our dental team to support daily clinical operations and help us create healthy, confident smiles for our patients, with care, compassion, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the dentist during examinations and procedures, preparing and sterilizing dental instruments and equipment, preparing treatment rooms for patients, taking and processing dental X-rays as needed, maintaining accurate patient records, following infection control and safety protocols, and providing chairside support and patient comfort during treatment.
Requirements:
A valid NHRA (National Health Regulatory Authority) license is mandatory.
Previous experience as a dental assistant is preferred, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfort working within a clinical team, and Arabic and English language skills.
