Key responsibilities:<\/h4>\n

• Perform authentic Moroccan Hammam treatments following Raffles spa standards.<\/li>\n
• Ensure the highest level of guest comfort, hygiene, and satisfaction.<\/li>\n
• Prepare and maintain the Hammam treatment area and equipment.<\/li>\n
• Recommend suitable spa treatments and retail products to guests.<\/li>\n
• Maintain professional knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness practices.<\/li>\n
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications<\/h4>\n

  • Previous experience as a Moroccan Bath\/Hammam Therapist in a luxury hotel or spa.<\/li>\n
  • Strong knowledge of traditional Moroccan bath rituals and techniques.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.<\/li>\n
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.<\/li>\n
  • English language proficiency is required; Arabic is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
