Job Description Key Responsibilities: Perform authentic Moroccan Hammam treatments following Raffles spa standards. Ensure the highest level of guest comfort, hygiene, and satisfaction. Prepare and maintain the Hammam treatment area and equipment. Recommend suitable spa treatments and retail products to guests. Maintain professional knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness practices. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
