Why This Role Matters
We re looking for a Supply Chain Lead to own Inventory, Procurement, and Planning for a set of assigned countries. This role is hands-on, high-impact, and critical to operational excellence. You ll lead teams across remote locations, drive performance through data, and build scalable supply chain practices in a fast-growing environment.
What You ll Do -
Lead and develop remote teams across multiple locations

Drive strong planning rhythms: demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization

Lead country-level procurement execution by managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial terms, ensuring continuity of supply, and driving cost, quality, and service improvements.

Embed a continuous improvement mindset across processes, systems, and ways of working

Partner closely with Operations, NPD, Finance, and central Supply Chain teams

Use data and analytics to identify gaps, reduce waste, and improve service levels

Travel frequently to support teams on the ground and strengthen execution

Coach, mentor, and upskill team members to raise the overall capability bar
What We re Looking For -
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, or Inventory roles

Emerging leadership experience preferred

Experience managing or working with remote or multi-country teams is a plus
-
Background in food, FMCG, retail, or high-volume operations is a plus
