Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound tele-sales calls to potential clients from provided leads and targeted lists.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for the business development team.
- Clearly articulate our product/service value propositions to generate interest.
- Schedule appointments and demonstrations for senior sales executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments.
- Assist with follow-up communications and lead nurturing campaigns via email.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to the team.
Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasive and convincing telephone manner.
- Proven ability in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar outbound sales role is a plus.
- High school certificate or diploma is the minimum educational requirement; graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong active listening skills and quick thinking.
