Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound tele-sales calls to potential clients from provided leads and targeted lists.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for the business development team.
  • Clearly articulate our product/service value propositions to generate interest.
  • Schedule appointments and demonstrations for senior sales executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments.
  • Assist with follow-up communications and lead nurturing campaigns via email.
  • Provide market feedback and customer insights to the team.

Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong persuasive and convincing telephone manner.
  • Proven ability in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar outbound sales role is a plus.
  • High school certificate or diploma is the minimum educational requirement; graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong active listening skills and quick thinking.
