Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate with prior experience in apparel retail to join our team. 

The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, strong sales skills, and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide personalized styling and product recommendations
• Drive sales by meeting or exceeding individual and store sales goals
• Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, products, and promotions
• Operate POS systems accurately, including cash and card transactions
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining store appearance
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales experience in apparel or fashion (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and POS system skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with styling or fashion advising
• Ability to upsell and build customer relationships
• Knowledge of visual merchandising standards
