Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Waiter position located in Salmabad. The Waiter will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Day-to-day duties include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, addressing customer inquiries, and keeping the dining area clean and organized. The role also involves collaborating with the kitchen and service staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner Food & Beverage and Food Service experience, with knowledge of proper serving protocols and menu offerings A basic understanding of Cooking is a plus to provide insights into menu items Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality or F&B industry preferred Flexibility with shifts and a positive, team-oriented attitude
