Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Capital Governorate, Bahrain, for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with current and potential clients to provide technical expertise, developing tailored solutions for customer requirements, managing sales processes, and ensuring exceptional customer support. The role requires close collaboration with both clients and internal teams to meet company objectives and foster long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities & duties: Collaborate with the sales team to identify, target, and engage with a potential customer Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase thefeatures, capabilities, and benefits of the company's products or service. Understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions that align with theirneeds, using a consultative selling approach. Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales process, including answeringinquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving technical issues. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and documentation, outlining technicalspecifications, pricing, and implementation plan. Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on market needs,industry trends, and competitive insight. Stay up to date with industry standards, emerging technologies, and market trends toeffectively communicate the value of the company's products or service. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers withincustomer organization. Attending industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote the company's productsor services and generate new leads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customersupport, to ensure successful product implementation and customer satisfaction. Update the program in the records and into the CRM system. Develop and maintain filling systems up to date with sales records. Prepare Sales Reports as required. Handle urgent requirements from clients, and answer calls and emails.
Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Engineering and technical sales processes Experience in delivering technical support and solutions to clients Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions Familiarity with Sales and Customer Service practices and techniques Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment Previous experience in the industrial or storage tank industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Willingness to travel within the region, as required
