About the Role

 

Solymar Hotel is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our Front Office team. 

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-in and check-out process, and exceptional service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage room assignments and reservations through the hotel system.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest and billing records.
  • Uphold hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand service standards.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a front office/hospitality role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems.
  • Presentable, reliable, and able to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
