About the Role:

We are looking for a professional and customer- oriented Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding guest experiences through efficient check-in/ out procedures, clear communication, and excellent service throughout the guest’s stay that follow.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Positive attitude.

Handle check-in/out, and room assignments accurately.

Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Process payment and maintain accurate records using hotel system.

Uphold hotel policies, safety standers, and brand service quality.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or hospitality role (preferred).

Excellent communication and people skills.

Proficiency in English and Russian; Arabic is an advantage.

Knowledge of hotel reservation system.

Presentable, reliable, and able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
