The Manager is responsible for leading and managing all rigging and transportation operations, including cranes, trailers, semi-trailers, trucks, and related heavy equipment. This role ensures that all operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards, while coordinating resources, manpower, and logistics to achieve business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechanical/Transport Engineering, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in rigging/transport operations, with 5+ years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operations, trailers, and logistics management.
- Valid certifications/licenses related to transport, rigging, and safety are an advantage.
- Proven leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
