Job Title: Office Assistant - Full-Time (Male)
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure a smooth work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
- Greet clients and visitors and provide a welcoming first impression.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and preparing documents.
- Assist with managing office supplies and keeping the office tidy.
- Provide general support to office staff and management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Language Skills in Arabic and English
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with discretion.
