Job Description: ? Develop and implement country-level strategies in line with the company’s global goals. ? Identify and seize growth opportunities in the UAE retail market (including store expansion, partnerships, and e-commerce). ? Oversee local marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and CRM strategies tailored to the UAE market. ? Develop and manage the UAE P&L, budget planning, and cost controls.

Qualifications: ? Open to Arabic Speakers, Male, 45 years old and below ? Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or related field (MBA preferred), with a minimum of 10 years’ retail management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the GCC. ? Proven track record in driving growth, profitability, and team performance, with strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills. ? Fluency in English is mandatory.
