Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Relationship Management:
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential enterprise partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise partners, ensuring consistent and productive communication.
- Identify partner needs and opportunities for collaboration, tailoring approaches to maximize mutual success.
- Address partner inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
2. Partner Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to create joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
- Develop and execute partner business plans that align with company objectives and drive mutual revenue growth.
- Set and track partner performance goals, ensuring that both parties meet or exceed agreed-upon targets.
3. Sales Enablement & Support:
- Equip partners with the tools, resources, and knowledge required to sell and promote enterprise solutions effectively.
- Provide ongoing training and support to partners to enhance their ability to understand and present products and services.
- Co-sell with partners on key opportunities, ensuring that both teams are aligned throughout the sales cycle.
4. Contract Negotiation & Management:
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring that terms are favorable for both parties.
- Work with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Manage the contract lifecycle and any changes to partnership terms.
5. Market & Competitive Insights:
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities.
- Provide feedback to internal product and marketing teams based on partner feedback and market developments.
- Adjust partner strategies based on evolving market dynamics and customer needs.
6. Event Management & Partner Engagement:
- Coordinate and participate in partner events, training sessions, and webinars.
- Advocate for partner needs and serve as the voice of the partner within the organization.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events to foster networking and growth.
Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales, preferably in the enterprise technology or SaaS space.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
