Analyze market dynamics and competitors to provide strategic insights. • Identify and generate new sales leads by engaging with potential clients, managing inquiries, and converting opportunities into successful business relationships. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Act as a trusted advisor for ICT-related needs. • Develop customized solutions, including technical proposals and presentations to meet client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical expertise and solutions • Cultivate strategic partnerships with key players in the ICT industry to enhance the company's offerings and broaden the service portfolio. • Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and project teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives. • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and pipeline progress to senior management. Track KPIs and achieve set targets. • Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business • Develop goals for the team and business growth and ensure they are met. Train personnel and help team members develop their skills. • Strong understanding of company training programs as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events. • Managing the budgets for the business development endeavors and programs
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, ICT or related field. • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, ideally in the ICT or Training sector. • Strong understanding of the ICT landscape, including cloud services, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation solutions. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals. • Excellent client relationship-building and management abilities. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategic insights from data. • Solid business acumen supplemented with decisiveness. • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
