Sales Executive - Luxury Jwellery

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the luxury jewelry market.
  • Engage with customers by providing exceptional service and detailed information about the products, their origins, and craftsmanship.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new sales opportunities and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the luxury jewelry industry and competitors’ offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards during all sales transactions.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and growth opportunities.


Skills

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer segments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Experience in high-end retail or customer service is a plus.
