Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract management and administration
  • Preparation of cost plans and cost estimation
  • Project planning and scheduling
  • Tender documentation and evaluation
  • Handling interim payments, variation claims, EOT claims, and final accounts
  • Sub-contractor management and procurement
  • Cost budgeting, analysis, negotiations, and recommendations
  • Cost value reconciliation, monthly cost reports, and CTC management
  • Value engineering and measurement/BOQ
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills


Skills

Software Proficiency:

  • Plan Swift, AutoCAD, CostX v7.1, MS Office, Blue Beam, etc.

Qualifications:

  • B.E / B. Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of quantity surveying
  • Experience: 10-15 years, GCC experience is a plus
  • PMP and MRICS certifications are an advantage
  • Experience with a group of companies is an added advantage
  • NICMAR university background is preferred
