Wholesale Sales Manager - Jewelry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow wholesale sales of 18K, 21K, and 22K jewellery.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing jewellery retailers in the Dubai and GCC regions.
  • Actively approach and engage potential customers in the retail jewellery sector to expand business opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Provide product knowledge, training, and support to clients.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the gold jewellery sector.
  • Strong network of contacts within the jewellery retail industry, especially in the GCC region.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Malayalam is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Based in Dubai, with knowledge of the Dubai Gold Souq and surrounding areas.
  • Indian/South Indian background (Malayalam-speaking candidates are strongly preferred).
